Beginner —> Advanced
Build strength, balance, flexibility, mental focus, and acute body awareness. You will walk away feeling invigorated and centered. As you link your breath to your movement, we will work on proper alignment, keeping you safe, and challenging you to get to the next level in your practice. This is the most active option on the menu. It can easily be tailored to any fitness level.
Best for: People looking to get a sweat out of their practice. Vinyasa flow is great conditioning to complement an athletic lifestyle or build up to one.
Relax, balance, and stretch deeply. Yin is a more passive form of yoga. This option won’t make you sweat, but you will walk away feeling like you had a deep tissue massage. We will hold poses for 3-5 minutes while staying in the same area of the body for about 10 - 20 min. We explore poses at 40% effort, allowing the connective tissues to release and the nervous system to relax..
Best for: People in need of recovery from a tough workout to a tough day. Treat yourself to this style of yoga as much as possible.
Breathe, soothe, and decompress. We will give your muscles a break and reset your nervous system by accompanying each pose with props and finding new levels of comfort. Poses are held for longer to encourage deep levels of relaxation. This is the most relaxing option on the menu with no effort involved!
Best for: All bodies and levels of stress. Those under an extreme amount of stress will find this particularly helpful. Have something big coming up that you need to take your mind off of? Need a good night of sleep? Emotionally recovering from trauma and need to find some relief? This is your option.
Find comfort, bond with your baby, and improve your quality of sleep. Your practice will evolve as your body and energy levels change. This practice will be rooted in keeping you and your baby comfortable throughout your pregnancy.
Best for: Pregnant women looking to keep up with their fitness, develop stronger mental focus for childbirth, and manage anxiety throughout their pregnancy.
